Athlete must have all equipment with them at practice each day.

- Paddles (Red StrokeMaker or Speedo IM S/M)
- Snorkel (YR swimmers after January)
Test Sets
- 1000 TT
- 8x 100 Fastest Possible Interval
Considerations for Admittance
- Swimmer is in 5th or 6th grade
- Consistent attendance
- Proven Meet Experience
- 50’s of Legal in all 4 strokes
